OneZero Bank seeks an experienced Team Leader to manage a multidisciplinary team focused on backend development, mobile applications, and diverse business domains in banking.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a multidisciplinary team covering backend, mobile, and other relevant technologies
• Foster professional growth of team members across various disciplines
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning to production
• Develop and maintain complex, distributed cloud-based solutions, including mobile apps
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional results across all platforms
  
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years as Team Lead, with strong leadership and technical skills across multiple disciplines
• Proficiency in backend languages (e.g., Scala, Java, Kotlin) and mobile development technologies
• Experience with Spring/Spring Boot, build tools, and mobile development processes
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture
• Deep understanding of both backend and mobile architectures, with ability to bridge these domains
