We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with exceptional frontend expertise and a passion for innovation, quality, and scalability.

You’ll be the technical leader driving our web architecture forward — improving performance, elevating code quality, and shaping how we build our real-time AI conversation platform.

What You’ll Do

• Lead frontend innovation — introduce new technologies, standards, and tools that raise our engineering bar.
• Architect and build high-performance, scalable web applications with React and modern frontend stacks.
• Take projects from ideation to production, including technical design and coding.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and AI teams to deliver fast, intuitive user experiences.
• Contribute to our Python backend, ensuring smooth integration across the stack.
• Mentor and guide teammates, set best practices, and improve development workflows (CI/CD, testing, reviews).
• Champion code quality and performance — ensuring reliability, maintainability, and zero-bug standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience, with deep Frontend expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue), TypeScript, and build tools (Vite, Next.js, SWC)
• Proven experience leading technical improvements and scaling frontend systems.
• Strong understanding of TypeScript, modern build tools (Webpack, Vite), and browser APIs.
• Deep understanding of backend fundamentals – designing APIs, handling data flows, and building scalable, maintainable systems (Node.js / Python experience a plus).
• Product-minded engineer with a high bar for UX, quality, and maintainability.
• Excellent communicator and natural mentor who thrives in a collaborative team.
