About the role:

  • Be an integral part of Zenity’s engineering teams, working at the intersection of software development and GenAI innovation
  • Design, build, and optimize LLM-based features and applications that power Zenity’s platform
  • Research, integrate, and fine-tune LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source) to deliver secure AI automation
  • Develop prompts, datasets, and benchmarks to enhance reliability and performance
  • Collaborate with AI, security, and engineering teams to deliver real-world, secure GenAI solutions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience developing production-grade software systems in modern, cloud-based environments
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience working on LLM or GenAI projects (e.g., model integration, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or evaluation)
  • Expertise with modern programming languages such as Python/C#/Java/Scala/Kotlin/TypeScript/JavaScript
  • Experience with LangChain, CrewAI , or similar frameworks
  • Experience working on large-scale services based on AWS/Azure/GCP
  • (from the SSE role)
  • Advantage: Experience designing and maintaining Big Data pipelines and working with data processing frameworks (e.g., Kafka, Spark, OpenSearch, or similar)
