Design and architect end-to-end technological solutions aligned with business needs and strategic objectives.
Lead and manage cross-organizational Salesforce processes, ensuring alignment with business workflows and operational efficiency.
Facilitate client workshops to define and design Salesforce-based solutions, applying creative thinking and deep system knowledge to propose tailored, scalable solutions.
Oversee integrations, process implementation, and resolution of complex technical challenges, delivering holistic and system-wide solutions while adhering to Salesforce best practices and standards.
Lead requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and deployment of Salesforce within enterprise-scale, cross-system technology projects such as open banking, digital underwriting, mobile applications, and system integrations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation, customization, and requirements analysis.
Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce Platform, including solution design, custom development, data modeling, and system integration.
Strong experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs.
In-depth understanding and practical experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Familiarity with Salesforce Community Cloud and Marketing Cloud – an advantage.
Salesforce Architect-level certifications – a significant advantage.
Demonstrated experience in managing Salesforce implementation projects and driving cross-organizational Salesforce processes.
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
