we are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement scalable backend services for processing construction drawings and technical documents .
• 7+ years of backend development experience with Python, Go, or Java
• Make design decisions on the basis of performance, scalability, and future expansion.
• Build robust APIs for model inference, document ingestion, and results delivery
• Develop efficient data pipelines for preprocessing drawings, extracting features, and managing model inputs/outputs
• Implement model serving infrastructure supporting OCR engines, computer vision models, and generative AI systems
• Code review, mentoring junior engineers, and providing technical guidance to the team Technical Expertise
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficiency with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) Experience with API design, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems
• Proficiency or strong interest in using AI-enabled developer tools to enhance architecture and engineering workflows.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and model serving platforms Proven track record deploying and scaling ML models in production environments
