Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer behavior, campaign results, and market trends to uncover real growth opportunities.
  • Build dashboards and reports that make data clear, actionable, and impossible to ignore.
  • Track KPIs and guide optimizations that improve ROI and user engagement.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and data teams to power big decisions with data.
  • Apply advanced analytics (cohorts, regression, etc.) to solve complex challenges and spot what others miss.
  • Improve processes by automating reporting and ensuring data accuracy.


Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing analytics, BI, or related field (bonus if it’s B2C/mobile apps).
  • Expert SQL skills and strong experience with relational databases. (experience in Python is a bonus)
  • Proficiency in visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels, campaigns, and customer segmentation.
  • Ability to turn complex data into stories that inspire action.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented problem solver with solid business instincts.
