Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Team Leader to establish and lead a new team focused on developing tools and automation solutions for AI datacenters.

This role combines technical leadership, hands-on development, and strategic collaboration across multiple layers of the AI datacenter stack, including switches, hosts, smart NICs, GPUs, and orchestration middleware.

Key Responsibilities

• BSc degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers developing automation tools and customer-facing solutions for AI datacenters.
• Define the team’s roadmap, priorities, and development methodologies to align with company and customer objectives.
• Design and implement scalable, reliable software tools using Python and modern full-stack technologies.
• Collaborate closely with networking, compute, and AI acceleration teams to integrate automation across switches, NICs, GPUs, and software frameworks.
• Work with product, QA, and DevOps teams to identify customer needs and translate them into practical, high-impact, high-value tools.
• Drive software quality through strong engineering practices, including testing, code reviews, and CI/CD automation.
  
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years in a team leadership or technical lead role.
• Strong proficiency in Python for automation, orchestration, and backend development.
• Proven experience designing and implementing automation or infrastructure management tools at scale.
• Practical experience with full-stack development (React, Angular, Node.js, or similar).
• Experience with CI/CD, containers, and orchestration technologies (Docker).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI and GPU computing stacks such as CCLs, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Background in datacenter automation, telemetry, or performance monitoring systems.
• Knowledge of microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, and distributed architectures.
• Familiarity with network operating systems, smart NICs, or high-performance interconnects.
• Experience with test automation frameworks (pytest, etc.).
