We are looking for an exceptional Linux & K8S Team Leader to spearhead our mission-critical infrastructure team.

• Architect and deliver robust, scalable and secure Linux and Kubernetes solutions in a production environment.
• Pioneer automation, monitoring and resilience across critical systems, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, keeping us at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hand-on experience managing servers, including installation, update and troubleshooting, with in-depth knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
• 3+ years managing technical teams, with track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
• Experience mentoring, coaching and growing team members to achieve their full potential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with DevOps, IT and cybersecurity teams.
• Proficiency in writing automation scripts using Bash, Python and YAML with experience in configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet.
• Good knowledge and experience working in Kubernetes infrastructure in production environments.
