We're looking for a talented Control-M Implementation Specialist to join our team!

About the Role:

This position is based in our Kfar Saba offices and includes travel to client sites across Israel (approximately 50% of the time).

You'll be responsible for providing technical support, handling service requests, upgrading and implementing systems at customer sites, working with Windows, VMware, and Linux infrastructures, and developing scripts.

What You'll Do:

• Provide technical support and handle service tickets for Control-M systems
• Upgrade and implement Control-M solutions at client sites nationwide
• Work with diverse infrastructure environments including Windows, VMware, and Linux
• Develop and maintain scripts to optimize workflows and automation
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure/system administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Control-M experience or experience with other scheduling systems – a must.
• High-level scripting skills.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
• Self-learner with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license required – willingness to travel to client sites across Israel.
