BI Systems Analyst - S4/HANA

We are looking for an experienced BI Systems Analyst to lead end-to-end BI analysis processes and play a key role in shaping our data-driven decision-making.

Role Overview

• Gather and analyze business requirements from diverse internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Translate requirements into high-quality business and technical specifications.
• Perform in-depth data analysis, build data models, and gain a strong understanding of complex business processes.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Front BI, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BI systems analysis – Must
• Strong SQL skills – Must
• Proven experience with S4/HANA – Must
• Hands-on experience coding in Python – Must
• Background in Enterprise organizations – Must
• Strong business acumen and ability to work across multiple interfaces.
• Experience in data analysis and data modeling.
• Excellent skills in writing and presenting high-level specifications.
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, GitHub Copilot) for process optimization – mandatory.
• Experience with Informatica – advantage.
