IRP systems is developing the next generation of high-performance e-powertrain systems that will change the electric vehicles market and we are seeking for a Software Control Engineer to join our team in Spain.

You’ll be responsible for the following:

• Develop and implement complex real-time sequences.
• Design for integration with automotive hardware systems and work in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Matlab and C real-time \ embedded programming.
• Design and implement control algorithms for automotive applications.
• Optimize code on embedded CPUs.
  
  

Skills and Qualifications::

• 5+ years of experience in bare metal real-time embedded design and implementation.
• B.Sc degree in electrical engineering or other relevant degrees.
• C - professional.
• Knowledge in the areas of electronic circuits, microcontroller architectures.
• Experience with communication protocols (CAN-bus, RS-232/422/485 etc.).
• Proficiency with model-based design workflows in MATLAB, Simulink for code generation.
• Understanding electrical and electronic schematics.
• Self-learner, with a passion for new technologies.
• Team player with a can-do attitude, and problem-solving skills.
