RAD is looking for a skilled and motivated Board Design Engineer to join our R&D team. This

position plays a key role in developing advanced communication and networking products.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and development of digital electronic boards, from product specifications through schematic design, layout support, and system-level integration
  • Support product transition from development to production, including debugging, regulatory compliance, test system development, and detailed documentation
  • Collaborate closely with FPGA, software, mechanical, and system engineering teams

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering – required
  • High-level technical English – required
  • Proven experience in digital board designrequired

Advantages:

  • Proficiency with schematic design tools (preferably ORCAD)
  • Knowledge of processors, memory, and communication interfaces
  • Experience in FPGA/CPLD design (especially Altera)
  • Familiarity with VHDL and Freescale processors
  • Understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and timing considerations
  • Experience writing engineering documents such as specifications and test plans
