We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented BI Systems Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing BI solutions, and managing end-to-end BI projects. This role includes hands-on work with BI tools and collaboration with various internal teams to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and design technical BI solutions
• Write specification documents and develop scalable BI processes
• Lead BI-related projects and contribute to the development of BI infrastructure and applications
• Build reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Qlik Sense
• Implement best practices to improve workflows and ensure data reliability
• Work with stakeholders to embed BI tools within business units

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in BI analysis or development - mandatory
• Deep understanding of BI and data warehouse (DWH) methodologies - mandatory
• Proven experience working with Oracle Database – mandatory
• Experience with BI tools such as Qlik Sense, Informatica, and SAP Business Objects - mandatory
• Hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects – mandatory
• Strong analytical thinking, excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Experience in the telecommunications industry – an advantage
