We're looking for a Senior Real-Time Software Engineer to join our flight computer development team for our spaceborne systems!

The position includes:

• Development of High & Low-Level software in C/C++ for Real-Time
• Embedded systems in space-grade flight computers.
• Working closely with various processors and real-time hardware platforms.
• Developing device drivers and implementing diverse communication protocols.
• Analyzing and authoring system and software requirements, writing and executing test procedures, performing optimization, and leading system-level integration.
• Deep understanding of real-time operating systems and embedded environments.
• Technical leadership of the development team with a clear path toward a managerial role, including architecture design, coordinating requirements from multiple disciplines, conducting code reviews, providing ongoing technical guidance, and eventually managing team members directly.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electronics Engineering – mandatory.
• At least 6 years of experience in developing Real-Time Embedded systems using C/C++ – mandatory.
• Experience working with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with communication protocols – mandatory.
• Experience in leading development teams – advantage.
• Experience with Linux Embedded, FreeRTOS – advantage.
• Familiarity with software configuration and management tools such as Makefile, Git, Jira – advantage.
• Experience working in a hardware-integrated and multi-disciplinary environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal – mandatory.
