We're looking for a Control Engineer in the field of servo control for our Missile and Space Systems Division .
The role includes:
- Leading a control development team for servo motors
- Developing and integrating control systems for servo motors in multidisciplinary systems
- Designing and developing advanced control algorithms to enhance motor performance
- Performing simulations, performance analysis, and optimization of control systems
- Working with real-time hardware and software to support servo systems
- Collaborating with various departments such as electronics, software, and mechanics
What we’re looking for:
- B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering – mandatory (specialization in control – advantage)
- At least 3 years of experience in board design – mandatory
- At least 3 years of experience working with servo motors and real-time control systems – mandatory
- Knowledge in design and control of electric motors, especially servo motors – mandatory
- Proficiency in simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink – mandatory
- Experience in developing control algorithms – advantage
- Experience working with hardware components such as motor drivers and sensors – advantage
- Experience in leading teams – advantage
- Experience working with microcontrollers or DSPs – advantage
- Strong understanding of PID control systems and advanced control (adaptive, robust) – advantage
- Ability to read and write code in languages such as C, C++, or Python – advantage

The Electronic Design Department is a center for the development of both digital and analog hardware systems and electronic boards.
It is responsible for providing hardware design and development services for systems and boards that include ARM, DSP, FPGA, and MIPS components for all projects at the Engineering and Systems Division in the Yehud campus.
The department specializes in a wide range of boards tailored to meet the unique performance requirements of each system and adapted, as needed, for aerial, ground, and naval platforms.
