We are looking for a talented Algorithm Researcher to join our elite R&D team in our ELTA, Intelligence, C4I & EW Division

The position includes:

• Research and development of algorithms for the division’s advanced products – from feasibility analysis, through development and verification, to full implementation and integration.
• Join a professional team of algorithm researchers developing high-end operational systems.
• Collaborate with MOD representatives, customers, project managers, and system engineers.
• Apply systems-level thinking with attention to technical details.
• Independently lead research and development processes, while also working effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

What we’re looking for:

• M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Physics – Required
• Specialization in Digital Signal Processing, Estimation Theory, and Digital Algorithms – Required
• At least 3 years experience in leading research and development of signal processing algorithms – Required
• Knowledge in analog-to-digital signal conversion, random processes, and DSP –Required
• Experience with digital communications (DAB/DVBT) – Advantage
• Experience implementing algorithms on FPGA – Advantage
• Familiarity with domains such as communications, radar, SIGINT, and electronic warfare – Advantage
• Strong system-oriented thinking with the ability to dive into the technical details
• Independent and team-oriented, with the ability to work across engineering and development interfaces
