Description

We are monday.com , a global software company transforming how businesses run. Our product suite can adapt to the needs of diverse industries and use cases within one powerful platform, empowering ~245,000 customers worldwide to reimagine how work gets done, drive greater efficiency, and scale like never before.

With over 2,500 employees across the globe, we grow by prioritizing transparency and knowledge sharing. We care about the impact you make, not the hours you clock, so we encourage initiative, ownership, and fresh thinking. We back our people with flexible work, wellness and mental health support, and a work environment built on collaboration.

The Autopilot group is leading the company’s vision of becoming the WorkOS of the organization by connecting all of the organization’s information into one place and empowering them to build their own products and workflows on top of it.

The Autopilot group is in charge of 3 strategic vectors:

  • No-code Automation & integrations - Supercharging each team with the capabilities to automate any workflow and use case, across every tool used in the organization. Our automation & integration products have already saved over 1 billion manual actions and it’s growing faster than ever.
  • Low-code Apps framework - The apps framework is a key enabler for monday.com’s WorkOS which allows developers to build new solutions and products on top of monday and monetize them. It is the foundation of our Apps Marketplace and one of our core strategic efforts for the company’s growth.
  • Strategic tech partnerships - The company is positioned as the market leader and as such, we’re building the most advanced integrated solutions with strategic partners such as Google, Amazon, and more, to deliver a meaningful experience and value to our shared customers. This is also one of the company’s future growth engines.

The strategic vectors the group is leading have grown exponentially in the past year and are considered the company’s most growing area. This poses a double challenge and opportunity - On the one hand, scaling an existing ecosystem and on the other, defining the vision and strategy for its next phase while introducing new and exciting products.
