Webz.io is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and owning multiple modules in our collection system. You have demonstrated knowledge with running high-performance products including issues that arise when transitioning from development to production. You should be proactive with a can-do-it attitude, be able to take ownership and learn quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications.
• Manage the complete feature delivery process, from architecture through to deployment.
• Develop backend microservices with Java (Spring Framework) and frontend applications using React (Next.js) and TypeScript.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to build exceptional user experiences.

Requirements:

• 4 + years experience with Java (Spring Framework), experience with microservices and authentication.
• 2+ Hands On experience with React (Next.js), TypeScript, familiarity with modern frontend methodologies.
• Experience with MySQL and NoSQL (Elasticsearch is a plus).
• Fast learner, self-motivated, independent, and experienced working at scale with strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RMQ) – an advantage.
• Experience with Python (FastAPI) and Node.js – a plus.
• Familiarity with Sentry and Grafana – an advantage.
