NESS is looking for a Senior Software Developer to join us in Raanana.

In this role, you will join a team that develops new features for our product. The team is responsible for the developing a data-based product that use cutting-edge technologies such as big data technologies, Springboot Java microservices deployed on Kubernetes/Openshift/AKS/EKS and more. Ingesting data from Kafka, expose rest APIs, working with multiple DBs such as Scylla, Snowflake, Postgres.

Required skills

• Python development specifically as data engineer expert or specialist with at least 3 years of experience- is a mandatory.
• Experience and deep knowledge of Spark, Kafka, open table, NOSQL and SQL DBs- is a mandatory.
• Knowledge in Java. microservices and K8S- is a mandatory.
• Databrick experience and delta format - is a mandatory.
• Monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana -is an advantage .
• Working with Copilot writing prompts to enhance efficiency during development - is an advantage.
