This role requires a strong understanding of power conversion, embedded systems, and real-time control algorithms.

What you will be doing:

  • Learning the different aspects of our products by developing features in various areas and disciplines - power electronics, control theory, DSP and communication over different platform
  • Design, develop, optimizing, test and maintain complex and exciting embedded SW for power electronics and control systems in a multi processors environment
  • Developing on various micro-controllers and dealing with various RT constraints
  • Ownership of a project\product from end to end- from concept and simulation, through development and integration and field deployment
  • Building complex simulations integrating SW and HW and working hand by hand with HW team

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering. Leading universities - MUST
  • 2+ years experience in embedded systems and power control firmware programming from the industry - MUST
  • Experience in programming in C/C++ for real-time embedded systems
  • Experience with control\power electronics, understanding of DC/DC, AC/DC, and inverter power conversion topologies
  • Experience with RTOS or bare-metal programming
  • Experience with control algorithms (PID, model predictive control, or adaptive control)
  • Understanding of ADCs, PWM generation, and communication interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of power electronics hardware (MOSFETs, IGBTs, gate drivers, inductors, etc.)
  • Knowledge of debugging tools, compilers, and firmware development workflows
