We're looking for a Full-Stack Lead Developer to join us at a pivotal moment of transformation. The Cloud Applications Group is leading a major shift that will define the future of NoTrafic, driving innovation and building scalable, cloud-native solutions. As a Full Stack Lead Developer, you will play a key role in shaping architecture, guiding a talented team, and delivering impactful products. This is a unique opportunity to influence core business systems and be at the heart of the company’s most strategic initiative.

Your day to day will include:

• Build, Lead and maintain scalable and efficient back-end systems to support applications.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern web technologies (Angular, React).
• Deliver complete features end-to-end, including both back-end and front-end development.
• Evaluate system integration impacts to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.

You’d be a great fit if you have:

5+ years of experience in full-stack development, including:

• Backend: Python, Django, microservices architecture, serverless design
• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (Angular or React)
• System design: APIs, web services, microservices, and scalable architectures
• BSc (or higher) in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Strong focus on delivering functional, responsive features.
• Knowledge in relational databases and non-relational databases
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Linux

Nice to have:

• Experience with Postgres, ClickHouse, or AWS – an advantage
