Looking for a senior backend/data engineer to help shape our software infrastructure.

We’re a young vertical AI startup (6 people), optimizing recruitment by truly understanding both candidates and companies. We’ve secured funding & substantial contracts and see huge potential for growth.

we’re scaling and maturing our product for major clients — setting up a data warehouse, improving data models, building data pipelines and orchestration, and setting up real-time monitoring.

If you:

- Have 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
- Looking for a professional leadership opportunity.
- Know your way around scaling, data modeling, and integrations.
- Have experience with BigQuery/Snowflake, Pub/Sub (or other messaging broker) and real-time processing
- Care about building good software and have strong professional standards.
- Have a startup mindset — fast, dynamic, independent.
- Familiar with cloud providers & infrastructure (aws/gcp/azure).
* worked in a containerized system ( kubernetes)

Tech stack includes python, postgresql, kubernetes, all on GCP.
