About The Role

We are looking for a self-driven and experienced software engineer to join our R&D department. In this position, you will be part of a newly formed team responsible for designing and implementing a brand-new flow that classifies and processes sensitive data in files. This is an opportunity to build a system from the ground up, working with cutting-edge technologies and handling large-scale data challenges. Responsibilities

Design & Development: Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance core applications responsible for collecting, classifying, and moving large volumes of sensitive data.

Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of features and modules, from initial design through deployment and support.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and ensure timely delivery of features.

Data Management: Optimize SQL processes and database structures to handle large datasets efficiently and securely.

Agile Practices: Participate in Scrum/Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and continuous improvement processes.

Innovation: Quickly adapt to new technologies and suggest improvements for existing systems and workflows.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise-grade C# Windows applications.

Proven track record in server-side development with multi-threaded and asynchronous programming.

Database Skills - Proficient in optimizing high-performance SQL processes, including database design and development.

Cloud Integration - Implement and optimize cloud-based solutions to ensure scalability and high performance.

Cloud Proficiency - Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and building high-performance services in a cloud environment.

Methodology - Practical knowledge and experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies.

Technical Adaptability - Ability to learn and integrate emerging technologies efficiently.

Soft Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Mindset:

Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and take full ownership of tasks.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
