What will your job look like:

• Lead and manage FPGA development teams in innovative projects involving AI, Edge Computing, and advanced signal processing.
• Design, develop, implement, and test FPGA components for advanced Embedded systems.
• Drive the development of innovative solutions and lead integration processes in complex systems.
• Collaborate with strategic clients while supporting business development and project acquisition.
• Oversee the planning of advanced architectures and unique technological solutions.
• Work in a prestigious defense environment, influencing the future of advanced systems.

All you need is:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (Master's degree – an advantage).
• 5+ years of experience in FPGA project development and management, including AI and Edge Computing technologies.
• Expertise in RTL design (VHDL/Verilog) and development tools (Vivado, Quartus, ModelSim).
• In-depth knowledge of communication protocols, signal processing, and Embedded systems.
• Experience working in a defense environment and classified projects – mandatory.
• Active security clearance – a significant advantage.
• Strong technological leadership, creative thinking, and complex problem-solving skills.
• Business development skills and the ability to identify strategic opportunities.
• High-level English proficiency, including communication with international stakeholders.
