As part of the Cloud Engineering team, you’ll do the following:

• Design, implement, and maintain production systems
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of production systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents.
• Monitor production systems for performance issues and resolve issues as they arise.
• Work with other engineers to design and implement new features and improvements to production systems.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for production systems
  
  

What should you bring to the table?

• 4+ years experience in a Cloud SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of production engineering principles and practice.
• Evaluate new cloud-native technologies and vendor products to continuously improve our SaaS offerings.
• Experience with Kubernetes in a production environment.
• Vast experience in managing environments in AWS.
• Experience with Terraform, Consul and Vault.
• Experience working with continuous integration tools such as GitLab CI.
• Experience with production support, Troubleshooting , Upgrading CI/CD Pipelines.
• Experience in managing databases, such as Mysql, Postgres and MongoDB.
• Language experience in any of Python, Shell scripting and Groovy.
• Experience with monitoring systems such as Datadog and New Relic.
