We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Implementation Specialist to join our team and lead a significant Salesforce migration project. The role involves reimplementing the system with a focus on working with NP CLOUD to address the needs of grant-making foundations. The ideal candidate will have both implementation and development backgrounds, with the ability to lead tasks independently and work in a dynamic environment.

The position includes requirements gathering, implementation and development of Salesforce solutions, management of integrations with additional organizational systems, and implementation of approval flows. Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce implementation
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects
• Background in development capabilities in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning and/or LWC
• Experience in configuring approval flows
• Ability to design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other organizational systems
• Experience working with integration tools
• Ability to work independently and think creatively to solve problems

• Previous experience working with NP CLOUD and grant-making foundations - significant advantage!
• Experience with Salesforce integrations with SAP and/or NETSUITE
• Familiarity with Integration Path
• Experience in Salesforce migration and conversion projects
• Relevant Salesforce certifications
• Experience in the third sector/philanthropic foundations
