Videocites is a novel AI-based video tracking and analytics company. Comprising state-of-the-art Machine Learning and Computer Vision technologies, our cloud-based SaaS platform is used by global companies in multiple industries: Media and Entertainment, Advertising, Sports, and Homeland Security. Videocites was established by several serial entrepreneurs and three renowned Computer Science professors.

BI and analytics dashboards are a significant part of our products. We are seeking a BI Developer to be a part of our BI team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support robust and scalable BI solutions.
• Create mindful intuitive data visualizations and user interfaces to ensure usability, stickiness and straight-forward actionable items.
• Build BI reports, dashboards, and metrics for our teams and management based on their needs to support decision making and data-driven insights.
• Translate business and product requirements into data models by collaborating with analysts, developers, and stakeholders across the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant domain
• 1-3 years of experience in BI development, preferably in a fast-growing environment.
• High proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Tableau for developing interactive dashboards and reports.
• Experience with data orchestration tools such as Airflow.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying, transformation, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of data modelling, warehousing, and best practices for BI architecture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with BigQuery data warehouses.
• Experience designing and optimizing data pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages for data processing.
• Knowledgeable of software development practices, including version control, testing, and documentation.
