Responsibilities

  • Architectural Design: Lead the design and development of complex software systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide junior and senior engineers, providing technical direction and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Innovation and Research: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and integrate innovative solutions into the software development process.
  • Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high coding standards and ensure the quality and reliability of the software.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals and user needs.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software and Computer Engineering, or equivalent. 
  • 12+ years of hands-on experience in Software Engineering.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with large-scale cloud production systems.
  • Extensive experience with application and system monitoring.
  • Team player with strong communication, collaboration, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about tackling unsolved problems.
  • Autodidactic abilities to ramp up quickly on new technologies Attention to details and passion for quality engineering.
