What You’ll Do
As a Frontend Tech Lead at Honeycomb Insurance, you'll play a pivotal role in our innovative and rapidly expanding team, operating within a truly Agile environment. You’ll lead the charge in shaping our UI/UX, driving the front-end architecture with Angular, and setting the standard for best practices. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and implementing rich, complex features, integrating cutting-edge technologies and frameworks, and mentoring our talented developers to reach new heights.
- Lead our Angular frontend architecture and best practices.
- Mentoring our full-stack engineers and being the point of knowledge for Angular.
- Take ownership of front-end development process and features, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and enhance the capabilities of our systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Angular and front-end development.
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Team Lead.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with experience in building responsive applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively and lead within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Relevant degree in a related field.
- 2+ years working on NoSQL like MongoDB.
