Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Mentor and guide team members on technical challenges, code quality, and software architecture best practices.

• Leverage blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies to develop innovative features and secure transactions (advantage).
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve security vulnerabilities within software applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in software development, with 2+ years in a leadership or tech lead role.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, and secure coding practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Rust.
• Experience with cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)..
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

• Familiarity with blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized systems (advantageous)
