Role Responsibilities:

• Pioneer Innovation: Lead the charge in developing groundbreaking, end-to-end full-stack projects that set new standards in the industry.
• Optimize Performance: Enhance the efficiency of our sophisticated on-premise, multi-process, multi-threaded system primarily built in C# with elements of C++.
• Tackle Challenges Head-On: Take on fascinating and demanding tasks that stretch your capabilities and redefine what’s possible.
• Achieve the Impossible: Program solutions that others have deemed unattainable, turning the impossible into reality.
• Lead from Start to Finish: Drive development initiatives from their inception through to completion, including requirement gathering, planning, design reviews, and full implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Software Engineering / Computer Science.
• At least 3+ years of experience in a Windows environment, with a strong command of C#.
• Deep understanding of multi-threading is essential.
• Proficiency in C++ is a significant advantage.
• Experience with WPF is a plus.
• Previous experience working on multidisciplinary products is highly desirable.
