UVeye is looking for a C++ Software Engineer to join our R&D Team. In this role, you will develop and maintain a complex SW that operates UVeye’s HW (multiple cameras, synchronization components, and other devices) and ensure our system's reliability and high availability.

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

• Develop and maintain highly efficient C++ Code in a dockerized linux environment.
• Implement HW abstraction layers for the various hw components.
• Investigate and produce incidents to improve the reliability of the systems.
• Collaborate with team members to define future technology and features.
• Continuously explore ways to improve our code and Infrastructure.
• Experience with designing at least two major components from conception to delivery
  
  

Requirements:

• BSc in Computer Science or industry equivalent.
• C++ SW engineer with at least 3 years of experience (C++11 at least)
• Experience with interfacing hw (TCP/IP, rs232, etc).
• Working with Docker and Linux.
• Experience with developing Multithreaded applications in C++.
• Good debugging skills.

• Experience with HW bring-up.
• Experience with Real-time/Embedded development
• Working with genicam devices.
• Working experience with VEnv, K8S
• Development experience with Python (and python/c++ interoperability).
